The problem

Data trapped in systems you no longer use.

Switching EMRs, working across clinics, sharing records — all of it means moving sensitive data. The usual answer is uploading it somewhere. Our approach is different.

01

Moving between systems.

You've switched EMRs. There are years of notes you want to bring along. We help you move that data, in your browser.

02

Working across clinics.

The same patient sees you at two clinics. You want one timeline. We help you pull what you need, where you need it.

How it works

Three steps. Designed so data stays in your browser.

1

Install the extension

Add hAI Bash to Chrome. Free. Two clicks. Sign in to claim your free starter tokens.

2

Open your EMR

Open the EMR you already use. The extension activates automatically when you open a supported page.

3

Tell it what to do

Voice or text. Move data, summarize notes, fill forms, dictate into any field. It works on what you can already see.

What it does

Built for the boring work that takes the most time.

Chart migration

Pull notes from a system you're leaving. Drop them into the one you're moving to. Nothing in between.

Note summaries

Long encounter histories collapsed into structured summaries you can paste anywhere.

Intake autofill

Fill forms in a new EMR from records you already have in another. Stop typing the same thing twice.

Voice dictation

Speak into any clinical field. Transcription for non-PHI today, Canadian medical voice coming.

Public profiles

Generate a clinician profile from your real practice data. Public marketing page + private business review for you.

No-AI mode

Turn AI off entirely. Use hAI Bash as a pure mechanical data mover. Nothing leaves your browser at all.

Privacy

Designed to keep PHI on your computer.

The extension runs in your browser. It works on what's on your screen. AI features are opt-in — and when you use them, processing stays Canadian.

Designed for you, your patients, and your peace of mind.

We built No-AI mode so you can get value from the extension while keeping data movement entirely local. It's a workflow tool that respects what's on your screen.

For clinic owners

Marketing pages for your team. Honest reviews for you.

Generate a public profile page for every clinician in your clinic from their real practice data. Get a private year-over-year business review that names what to focus on.

FAQ

Questions you should ask.

Is this actually safe for PHI?

It takes the information from app one to app two without ever touching our servers. The extension runs in your browser and reads what's on screen. With No-AI mode on, AI requests don't go anywhere. When AI is on, requests are routed to Canadian processing. Audit logs stay local to your browser.

Which EMRs does it work on?

The supported list is open and public. If your EMR isn't on it yet, get in touch — adding a partner is a small public change.

Do you store any of my data?

Account info (email, name) yes — that's how billing works. Patient data, chart notes, anything from inside an EMR — not our goal. AI prompts route to a Canadian processor and the response comes back. We aim not to keep copies.

How is this different from Dragon, Heidi, or Suki?

Those are ambient scribes — they listen during your visit and write the note. hAI Bash works on data that already exists in your EMR. Moving it between systems, summarizing what's there, filling forms with it. It's closer to "stop typing the same thing five times" than "have AI write your notes."

What's a token?

One token = one AI call. Asking the extension to summarize notes, draft a form, or rewrite a section = 1 token. No-AI features (data move, autofill from existing data, dictation playback) don't use tokens.

Can I see what data the extension sends out?

Yes. Open the audit log inside the extension. Every AI request, response, and source page is logged locally. Export it as JSON for compliance review.

Move data without giving it up.

Install the extension. Free starter tokens included. No-AI mode is always free.
